The aim of the course :

Luxury Retail & Service Skills has been designed to provide the requisite knowledge and skills that one should adopt while serving a customer. The program helps you understand and successfully accomplish how to retain your old customer, how to engage a new customer, how to make a customer loyal to your brand. The program covers all the important aspects required to be understood by a professional personnel in retail or service environment. In todays day and date the customer is becoming more demanding and the competition in the retail industry has reached a cut-throat stage . It has been proven that brands without people with adequate service skills are losing out and others are moving in to replace them . It has now become the prerogative of the entire industry to seek and employ skilled people for their retail operations . So much so that NSDC has set up various skill training divisions to adhere to this demand .

Course Objectives :

The LRSS program is ideal for executives serving customers directly in a retail or hospitality space, for a mass to premium brand/company (and/or aspiring to enter the luxury sector). The retail or service sector professionals who may not have any educational knowledge on the subject will benefit the most from this program. This program is best suited for professionals aiming to upgrade their knowledge and skills or aspire to upscale their position in the fashion or luxury retail/service sector as it serves as a “bridge to luxury” training platform.

The candidate will be able to work in top-level positions in retail and service segment such as retail operations manager, retail operations executive, store managers, store supervisors, sales manager and customer relationship manager

  • Executive with minimum 1 year or 2 years of retail experience.
  • Executive looking to enhance specialized skills for creating brand image & customer service.

  • One will develop necessary insights into global practices thus enabling to self realize one’s own potential and further explore other luxury segments as well.
  • The candidate will be able to understand the positions in retail and service segment such as retail operations manager, retail operations executive, store managers, store supervisors, sales manager and customer relationship manager.

 

  • Executive with minimum 1 yr to 2 yrs of Retail experience.
  • Executive looking to enhance specialised skills for creating brand image & customer services.
