Formal Grievance Procedures

Student success is a priority at LCBS . The faculty and staff attempt to create an atmosphere conducive to learning.  The School  strives to be open to concerns of all interested parties. The formal grievance procedure is available for student concerns which cannot be resolved by the faculty member. Students should first discuss the problem with the faculty member and the designated department representative, if necessary. If the problem is not resolved after a reasonable  amount of time, the student should contact the  CEO. Similarly, faculty concerns should be brought to the attention of the designated department representative for which they teach.

The student can register their complaint in writing to grievances@lcbs.edu.in for a further action.

The CEO and all other department directors maintain an open-door policy. Students and faculty may express concerns to any of these individuals. At the written request of a student or faculty member, the Academic/Faculty Policy Committee comprised of the Directors and two senior,  external  faculty  members will be convened to address concerns which remain unresolved. This Committee will meet in a timely fashion and the decision(s) of the committee will be sent to the student or faculty member in writing. If, after following the above stated procedure,  the student or faculty member feels his/her concerns have not been resolved, he/she may address  these concerns  in writing to the following, a independent educationist of repute :
