Jugjiv – an economics graduate, an MBA and an AMP from Harvard has 31 years of varied experience in several industries including services- Textiles, Chemicals, Paper, Home Comfort, Retail, Luxury, Fashion, Management Systems and Consulting. The experience has been across large Indian and Mulitnational organizations as well as small to medium size organizations. Jugjiv has been in direct sales, channel management,retail and has also had responsibility for P&L as a business head.

Jugjiv has also run his own consulting business. Jugjiv has worked in Dupont, ICI, Ballarpur Industries, Kurlon, British Standards, TarunTahiliani and Pashma. While at Dupont, Jugjiv has had the experience of managing sales of some chemicals across Asia Pacific and overseeing the Asean Specialty Chemicals business as General Manager. 

Other Key positions held include Sales and Marketing head for Paper at BILT, MD as BSI Management systems, COO at TarunTahiliani and Pashma and Vice President Foam at Kurlon. One of his most challenging assignments has been to take over a closed citric acid unit, restart it and integrate it into BILT Chemicals. Jugjiv is also on the board for managing a college, a school and an NGO(gyanoday).
