Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi, who has set up his own law practice at New Delhi under the name ‘Patanjali Associates’ is a member of Bar Council of India with nearly thirty (30) years of professional experience.

He is also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a qualified Costs and Works Accountant. He has recently obtained the Certificate of Registration as an Insolvency Professional from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and also enrolled as an Insolvency Professional with ICSI IPA. He served as Executive Vice President — Legal (Global) and Company Secretary of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. (HGS), a listed entity of Hinduja Group having operations in US, Canada, Philippines, Europe, India, Mauritius and Middle-East. Mr. Rustagi was responsible for coordinating legal affairs across the globe for HGS. He was a rare in-house counsel who was given “Leader of Leaders” award at HGS. Prior to this, he was Senior Legal Counsel of Coca-Cola India and a member ofthe global legal function of The Coca-Cola Company, USA.

Mr. Rustagi serves on the Board of many companies and is also a regular speaker at the knowledge events organized by PHD Chamber of Commerce and various corporates and time to time had spoken at various forums including Institute of Directors — Bangalore Chapter, VCCircle, Network of National Human Resource Development Association (NHRDA), Global LPO Conference, Workshop arranged by Fortress Intelligence Singapore, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce of India— Bangalore Chapter.
