Rachana is a proactive professional with a refined sense of aesthetics and perfectionism having two decades of experience across Luxury and Lifestyle Retail; with 13 + years exclusively in Luxury beginning with Ganjam Nagappa and continuing with Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior, moving on to Versace, Roberto Cavalli and Missoni as Retail Head. Presently she is the boutique director at Chanel.

Currently, “exploring and developing herself further”, she also teaches at Luxury Connect Business School besides working ; as well as indulging and developing her passion as a student of Art.“It is time to share and give back the knowledge I have received all these years and also to discover & develop further unexplored potential within myself”, believes Rachana.
