As I embarked on my journey at LCBS (Luxury Connect Business School), I was filled with excitement and anticipation as we were going to welcome our juniors. The moment I stepped into the campus, I was warmly greeted by my fellow students from the junior batch, Batch 16. The fellowship was instant. We exchanged stories, aspirations, and shared our excitement about the incredible journey that awaited us.
One of the highlights of our early days at LCBS was our industrial visit to the prestigious DLF Emporio Mall, nestled in the heart of Vasant Kunj, Delhi. This luxurious haven houses some of the most iconic brands in the world, including Michael Kors, Versace, Hugo Boss, Tumi, and Corneliani. It was a sensory overload, walking through the grandeur of these stores, each one telling its unique story through its meticulously curated collections.
During our visit, we had the privilege of engaging with store managers who graciously shared insights into their brand’s marketing strategies and the complexity of their businesses. We learned how they delicately balance exclusivity and accessibility, creating an environment that epitomizes luxury while ensuring a welcoming customer experience.
Few pictures which I have taken during our visits:
One memorable moment was our visit to Sarita Handa store, where we delved into the world of high-end home furnishings. It was fascinating to see how the fusion of art and design came to life and also we witnessed the artistry behind luxury design.
In our discussions with store managers, we probed into their event planning processes. Learning about their meticulous attention to detail in organizing events that resonate with their brand Image was truly enlightening.
As our visit concluded, we left DLF Emporio Mall with a newfound appreciation for the art of luxury retail. The experience opened our eyes to the intricate world of high-end brands and their dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences.
During my first semester, I had the opportunity to visit incredible places like Leela Palace, Oma Living, and even Lamborghini. These visits were eye-opening and exposed me to different aspects of the luxury industry.
One of the standout moments of my academic journey was studying “Entrepreneurship Luxury.” It was a game-changer, shifting my perspective and sparking new ideas. I owe a big thanks to our supportive teachers, they guided us through this transformative experience.
Overcoming my shyness has been a personal victory, and I believe LCBS played a crucial role in helping me build confidence. I’m still a work in progress, but I’m getting better every day.
In conclusion, my journey with LCBS has been a rollercoaster of experiences, from meeting Junior Batch 16 to exploring luxury at DLF Emporio Mall and going on eye-opening industrial visits. It’s been a journey of growth and learning, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
