Arranged Private equity for the companies without engaging Investment Banker. Coordinated with high growth funds like Sequoia Capital, Mayfield Funds, SVB, Henderson and L Capital to raise Private equity for Genesis group.

Adapt at driving new IT initiatives. Demonstrated communication and relationship management skills in successfully leading and directing large cross-functional teams. Have successfully performed leadership role as CFO in implementing ERP across various platforms like home grown ERP in Ingress, Oracle, Power Builder. Have joined companies that were struggling to implement Navision even after two year of purchase and lead their functional teams successfully in implementing the Navision in 4-5 months and delivered the dash Board reports to the management and stake holders by integrating various processes of the company.
