Processing of the refund requests will be taken up only after the regular admission process for the academic year has been completed.
In case a student decides to withdraw from the program he/she is admitted to, and requests for refund of the fees paid, the refund will be processed as per the following guidelines:
Admission fee:
The entire admission fee amount paid by the student is NON REFUNDABLE and will be forfeited.
Tuition Fee:
In case a cancellation / withdrawal request is received a minimum of fifteen days to the commencement of the program, 25% of the tuition fee will be forfeited & only balance 75% will be refunded.
Requests received after the deadline mentioned above: NO Refund is permissible unless granted by the academic board in case of special cases.
Cancellation Policy:
All students are admitted provisionally till they deposit all prescribed fees, pass certificates as per eligibility criteria, Migration Certificate, other certificates as applicable and mentioned in the provisional admission letter. Any student who does not comply with any of the above conditions within the stipulated time, LCBS shall have the right to cancel his/her admission.
In such cases, all fee refunds shall be done as per LCBS Fee Refund Policy given above.
Legal Jurisdiction:
Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably in the manner described, hereof within thirty (30) days after receipt of complaint by LCBS or Luxury Connect LLP may be referred by either party to arbitration. The Arbitration shall be held at Delhi and shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the other applicable laws of India.
